  1. Buy it! Sell it! Want it? does not take responsibility for false descriptions, pricing information, ownership or condition of any of the machines or products advertised on this site. "Always Buyer Beware"
  2. Buyers are fully responsible for checking their potential purchases before they buy from the seller
  3. This website does not guarantee that equipment advertised on this site will be sold
  4. * We will not take responsibility for actions taken by companies advertising or linked to this site, (please see below)
  5. By using this site, you agree to have your contact details passed to a third party. However, we will not pass any information to a company not connected with the food industry without your permission
  6. After 3 months, items not sold will be removed or marked SOLD, or we will offer a relisting at a reduced cost.
  7. We reserve the right to remove any advert which we deem to be inappropriate to the site. In this circumstance, no refund will be offered
  8. Each advert is for one piece of machinery/item only. If you attempt to put multiple items into an advert, we will remove the advert. If we are required to refund an advert due to a multiple advert being placed in breach of our terms & conditions, we will will charge an administration fee of £5 per item. 
  9. We reserve the right to use any photos that you submit to the site for further promotion of Buy it! Sell it! Want it?
  10. You are fully responsible for checking the accuracy of your advert once it is placed with us. We will not take responsibilty for in-accurate adverts. 
  11. UNDER £250:We set a limit of 3 items per customers being placed per calender year. Under £250 adverts, will be listed for 30 days only. No multiple adverts from companies will be allowed. If you list an item which you state is under £250, but you try to sell it for more than £250 to avoid paying a fee,or sell other items similar to the item advertised, you will be banned from any further activity on the site. 
  12. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to let us know when an advert has been sold within the 3 month period. If it comes to our attention that you placed an advert for an item you don't own or have not stock of, we will remove the advert without refunding and remove you from the site. 
  13. From time to time we will provide links to the sites of other companies and businesses, which we feel will compliment what we are trying to achieve with this site. We however are not responsible for evaluating such companies, and what they are promoting on their sites. Users of their products or services do so at their own risk. You should also carefully review their privacy statements and other conditions of use before entering into any legally binding transaction.

Payments

Front Page "Logo Links"

1. We charge £99 per 3 calender month for a logo link. We will send out a repeat invoice 2 weeks before it it due to be paid. Failure to pay within this terms, will result in the logo link being removed, and you will lose the slot you had previously held.

2. We will not notify you of your advert being removed. Failure to pay the invoice on time, will indicate to us that you no longer wish to advertise with a logo link on our site.
